The Škoda 28 T is a five carbody section low-floor bi-directional tram, developed by Škoda Transportation for the Turkish city of Konya.[1] The low-floor area of the fully airconditioned tram represents 100% of the entire vehicle floor. Konya ordered 60 units. It is based on the Škoda 26 T for Miskolc.

In 2014 Konya ordered additional 12 units capable of catenary-free operation for new line which will have a 1.8 km section without overhead wires.[2]
