Career

Sevincgul decided to become a writer at the age of 15 but went on to study engineering at Atatürk University. During his years at the university, he started a magazine called Fidanlik. Sevincgul wrote stories, essays, and novels and worked as an editor. Sevincgul produced television programs for youth on art, literature and philosophy. He established the Modern Culture Centre in 1996 and took on many art and culture projects for young people and established youth seminars and conferences. The publication of the Adi Yok Workshop helped develop the talent of many young writers. He lives in Istanbul.
