Erick Benoit Matoukou (born 8 July 1983 in Yaoundé) is a Cameroonian football defender. He currently plays for Lierse.
On 2 August 2012, Matoukou scored a goal during the first leg of the 2012–13 UEFA Europa League match against Mura 05, which Arsenal Kyiv won by a score of 3:0, but it was later determined that he had not served out a suspension from a previous edition of the tournament and subsequently the Slovenian side was awarded a 3:0 win by UEFA.[1]
Matoukou also played for Pyramide F.C., R.W.D. Molenbeek, KSK Heusden-Zolder and K.R.C. Genk.
International
Made his international debut on 9 February 2005, against Senegal, friendly match played in France.
