Alvaro Martins Homem (-1535) was a Portuguese noblemen, 3° Capitão Donatário of Praia da Vitória.[1]
Biography
His parents were Antão Martins Homem and Isabel de Ornelas da Câmara. In 1519, Álvaro was married to Beatriz de Noronha,[2] daughter of João de Noronha (descendant of Alfonso Enríquez and Inês de Abreu (daughter of João Fernandes de Andrade and Beatriz Gomes de Abreu).[3]
Álvaro Martins Homem is the grandson of Álvaro Martins 1° Captain of Praia.[4]
