Zygi (Greek: Ζύγι, Turkish: Terazi [1]) is a small village on the south coast of Cyprus between Limassol and Larnaca. Before 1974, a substantial number of Cypriot-Turks lived here and they named it as "Terazi" ("Scales" in Turkish).
The Evangelos Florakis Navy Base explosion of July 11, 2011 damaged every house in the village.
