The Zweig Building is located at 3396 Belmont Street in Bellaire, Ohio and was built in 1912. The building was listed on the National Register on January 28, 2000.
The building is currently owned by Bellaire Housing Partners, Ltd., who received a Preservation Merit Award from the Ohio Historical Society for their restoration and preservation of the building. The building now functions as affordable apartments for the elderly.[2]
