Zungoli is a town and comune in Italy in the province of Avellino about 58 kilometers from the town of Avellino, the Chief Town. Zungoli is believed to have been settled around 900AD. Many of the Italians in Dobbs Ferry, NY are descendants of immigrants from Zungoli.
The population is about 1400.
