Zorakert (Armenian: Զորակերտ; formerly, Balykhly, Balykhli, and Balikli, Azerbaijani: Balıqlı) is a town in the Shirak Province of Armenia.
Population
According to "Caucasian Calendar" of 1912, 398 people, mainly Azerbaijanis shown in the calendar as «Karapapaks», lived in village Balykhly of Kars Okrug of Kars Oblast.[1]
