Zoila Barros Fernandez (born August 6, 1976 in Havana) is a volleyball player from Cuba, who represented her native country in three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 2000. She won a gold medal with the national team (2000), followed by the bronze spot at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece.

Barros was named Best Spiker at the 2005 Women's NORCECA Volleyball Championship in Port of Spain, where Cuba was defeated in the final by title defender USA.[1]
