Zlatko Horvat (born 25 September 1984) is a Croatian handball player. He is currently playing for RK Zagreb, where he played for the first team since 2002.

Horvat is currently also a member of the Croatian national handball team. He represented his country at the European Championships in 2006 and 2008 as well as the 2009 World Championship, winning two silver medals with the team. He also played for Croatia at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, China.[2]
