History

ZipRecruiter is a privately held company based in Santa Monica, California. It was founded in 2010 by Ian Siegel (CEO), Joe Edmonds, Ward Poulos, and Will Redd.[1] The founders previously worked together in various combinations at CitySearch, Rent.com, Stamps.com, Pictage, and ThisNext. They started ZipRecruiter as a side venture before taking it full-time.[2]
