Zhou Peng (born October 11, 1989 in Dandong, Liaoning) is a Chinese professional basketball player. He currently plays for the Guangdong Southern Tigers of the Chinese Basketball Association.[1] He is also a member of the China men's national basketball team.

Professional career

Zhou has spent the first five years of his career with the Guangdong Southern Tigers of the Chinese Basketball Association after signing with the team in 2006 as a 16-year old. In the 2009-10 season, he averaged 11.1 points and 3.4 rebounds per game.[2] He has helped the Tigers win three CBA titles.

Chinese national team

Zhou is also a member of the Chinese national basketball team. After competing several times as a junior for the junior national team, he made his senior team debut at the 2010 FIBA World Championship in Turkey.[3]
