Zhou Fu may refer to different figures in Chinese history.
- Zhou Fu (Chinese: 周敷, p Zhōu Fū) was a general during the 3rd-century-BC Daze Village Uprising who betrayed Chen Sheng in favor of Wei.
- Zhou Fu (Chinese: 周敷, p Zhōu Fū) was a general under the 6th-century Southern Chen dynasty who was tricked and assassinated by Zhou Di in 564.
- Zhou Fu (Chinese: 周馥, p Zhōu Fù) was a bureaucrat under the late Qing dynasty who was Viceroy of Liangjiang from 1904–1906 and Viceroy of Liangguang from 1906–1907.
