Zhan Xugang (simplified Chinese: 占旭刚; traditional Chinese: 占旭剛; pinyin: Zhān Xùgāng; born May 15, 1974 in Kaihua, Quzhou, Zhejiang) is a male Chinese weightlifter who competed in the 1996 Summer Olympics, in the 2000 Summer Olympics, and in the 2004 Summer Olympics.
In 1996 he won the gold medal in the 70 kg class. Four years later he won the gold medal in the 77 kg class.
At the 2004 Games he missed all three snatch attempts in the men's 77 kg division and did not finish the competition.
