Zerfaliu is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Oristano in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 90 km northwest of Cagliari and about 14 km northeast of Oristano. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,179 and an area of 15.5 km².[1]

Zerfaliu borders the following municipalities: Ollastra, Paulilatino, Simaxis, Solarussa, Villanova Truschedu.
