The Zempoaltepec deer mouse (Habromys lepturus), also known as the slender-tailed deer mouse, is a species of rodent in the family Cricetidae. It is found only in Mexico, only from one locality at an elevation above 2500 m on Cerro Zempoaltepec in Oaxaca.
