Zdeňkov (Czech pronunciation: [ˈzdɛɲkof]) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 4 square kilometres (1.5 sq mi), and has a population of 74 (as at 3 July 2006).

Zdeňkov lies approximately 29 kilometres (18 mi) south of Jihlava and 136 km (85 mi) south-east of Prague.
