Zdíkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 31.94 square kilometres (12.33 sq mi), and has a population of 1,643 (as at 28 August 2006).
Zdíkov lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) west of Prachatice, 59 km (37 mi) west of České Budějovice, and 124 km (77 mi) south-west of Prague.
