Zbigniew Piątek (born May 1, 1966 in Kielce) is a Polish former road racing cyclist. He was active as an amateur from 1987 to 1993 and from 1994 to 2005 as a professional. He won many of the top races in Poland: the Tour de Pologne, Tour of Małopolska and Szlakiem Grodów Piastowskich. He represented Poland in two Summer Olympics: in 1992 and 2000
