Thomas Zander Bleck is an American singer, songwriter signed to 2101 Records/Capitol.[1] Zander's debut album "Monument" produced by superstar producer RedOne, will be released in 2014 with his debut singles "Temptation" and "Dirty Love Song" due later in 2014.[2]

Zander Bleck was born and raised to humble beginnings in rural Hunterdon County, New Jersey. His mother a school teacher, his father a filmmaker, local radio DJ, and musician once signed in 1980 to Millennium/RCA Records. Zander was exposed to all genres of music at a young age taking a keen interest in Classical, World, and Rock music. He would often help his father interview musicians on his fathers local radio show. Melodies, and music came naturally to young Zander, impressing his family with his ability to sing or whistle verbatim complex melodies after just one listen. Beside his love for music, Zander excelled in athletics focusing mostly on baseball and basketball. As a teenager, Zander was spotted by a modeling Agent who pursued Zander to start a career as a fashion model. At 17 Zander moved to New York City with only $400 in his pocket to work as a full-time model signed to Major Model Management.

After a bit of couch surfing, trying to make ends meet, Zander started landing jobs and began traveling the world as a print and runway model working for clients such as Diesel, Etro, Armani Exchange, Sunglass Hut, and more. At 19, never desiring a long career as a model, Zander quickly focused his energy on his love of music, and officially began his career as a self-taught vocalist/musician. He began writing, and singing his songs with his first band "Monument". Falling in love with the art of singing, writing, and performing, Zander dedicated himself to studying, crafting, and finding his "voice" while studying with the renowned Manhattan School of Music Classical Voice Department.

After a variety of ups and downs, the roller coaster ride that goes with the music business, Zander persisted. In 2009, he independently released a self-published EP simply titled "Zander Bleck". Soon after, Zander lent his vocals to A&R Nima Nasseri for a remake of the Tears for Fears classic "Everybody Wants to Rule The World", released on Star 69 Records which climbed to #6 on the Billboard Dance charts. Then, thanks to a random, spontaneous introduction, Zander went to Los Angeles to write and record a song, "Temptation" co-written by legendary songwriter Holly Knight. The song found its way into the hands of super producer RedOne (Lady Gaga/Enrique) who instantly wanted to work with Zander.

When the two were introduced in Los Angeles, what was supposed to be a 15-minute meeting turned into a three-hour writing session that produced the song “Dancing Around This Love.” In USA TODAY, RedOne has called Zander's voice "A mixture of Jim Morrison, Bono, and Freddie Mercury..." and added "There's no male singer like that right now."[3]

Soon after, Zander was then signed directly by industry heavyweight and chairman of Interscope Records, Jimmy Iovine after a quick meeting at Jimmy's home, where Zander played 3 demos including a live performance by Zander singing and playing piano. During much of 2010/11, Zander joined RedOne on the Lady Gaga Monsterball European Tour, recording side by side with Lady Gaga and finishing the rest of his album in many different countries.

MONUMENT was to be released on Interscope Records in 2012. The first single, “Temptation” became available for sale in February.

Zander's Song "Bring It On" produced by another legendary Rock producer, Mutt Lange, was the 2012 NCAA College basketball Theme on Fox Sports, and it was released in February.

Zander's music video for Temptation released 13 April 2012.[4]
