Zachary "Zach" Bell (born November 14, 1982) is a Canadian professional racing cyclist from Watson Lake, Yukon. He was born in Whitehorse, Yukon.

Bell will join Team SmartStop for the 2014 season, after his previous team Champion System – folded at the end of the 2013 season.[1]
