Zárubice is a village and municipality (obec) in Třebíč District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.51 square kilometres (2.13 sq mi), and has a population of 121 (as at 2005).
Zárubice lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) south-east of Třebíč, 42 km (26 mi) south-east of Jihlava, and 156 km (97 mi) south-east of Prague.
