Zálezly is a village and municipality (obec) in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 9.31 square kilometres (3.59 sq mi), and has a population of 302 (as at 28 August 2006).

Zálezly lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) north-west of Prachatice, 46 km (29 mi) west of České Budějovice, and 117 km (73 mi) south of Prague.
