Záblatí is a village and municipality (obec) in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 24.48 square kilometres (9.45 sq mi), and has a population of 375 (as at 28 August 2006).
Záblatí lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Prachatice, 39 km (24 mi) west of České Budějovice, and 127 km (79 mi) south of Prague.
