Yuriy Semyonovich Konovalov (Russian: Юрий Семёнович Коновалов, December 30, 1929 – May 25, 2008) was a Soviet athlete. He was born in Baku and trained at VSS Neftchi in Baku.
He competed for the USSR in the 1956 Summer Olympics held in Melbourne in the 4 x 100 metre relay where he won the silver medal with his team mates Leonid Bartenev, Boris Tokarev and Vladimir Sukharev.
At the 1960 Summer Olympics held in Rome Konovalov and Bartenev teamed up again this time with Gusman Kosanov and Edvin Ozolin where they again won the silver medal.
