Yuri Kvashnin (Russian: Юрий Квашнин, born November 24, 1964 in Moscow) is a Russian pair skater who competed for the Soviet Union. He is the 1982 and 1983 World Junior champion with partner Marina Avstriskaia. They competed at the 1984 Winter Olympic Games, where they placed ninth.
