Yoshikazu Nagai (永井良和, born April 16, 1952 in Urawa, Saitama, Japan) is a former Japanese football player. He holds the record for most appearances in Japan Soccer League First Division. His son Shunta is also a footballer.

Nagai made 58 appearances for the Japan national football team from 1971 to 1979.^[1]
