Yerazank FC

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Yerazank FC was an Armenian football club from Yerevan. The club originated during the Soviet Union, and only participated in Armenian regional leagues. During 1992, because of the ongoing Nagorno Karabakh war, the club did not participate in any competition. In 1993, the club was moved from Stepanakert to Yerevan.[1] It participated in the Armenian Premier League until 1995, when they disbanded.

The club attempted a return in 2003, but failed to find the necessary capital to hold itself as a professional club. It is currently an amateur club and is inactive from all professional leagues.
