Yefrem Sokolov

Yefrem Yevseyevich Sokolov (born 1926) was a first secretary of the Byelorussian SSR from February 1987 to November 1990.Sokolov was elected to the Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union on July 14 1990 ^[1]
