- 1923 - The station opens when Osaka Electric Railway Unebi Line opens
- 1941 - OER merges with Sankyu E. Railway and becomes a station of Kansai Electric Railway
- 1944 - KER merges and becomes a station of Kintetsu
- 1998 - The station house is renovated
- 2007 - Starts using PiTaPa
