Xpax is Celcom’s primary brand of Prepaid mobile phone services in Malaysia, operating under the 013/019 prefixes. The Xpax brand was launched in 2005 and targeted at providing relevant services and rewards to a youth-centric target segment. In April 2011, the company introduced a new charging mechanism which charged the price of only one minute for the duration of an entire call.

XPLAY is Xpax’s music platform , launched in 2009, which brings international and local DJs to clubs and raves in Malaysia.
