Xicat Interactive was a video game publisher with distribution across Europe and North America. Xicat held several significant licenses including: Gothic, Motor Trend, Jane's Information Group and Guns & Ammo.[1] But on the other hand, this company caused nonpayment of development expenses, and was appealed to the court in many case. Especially nonpayment troubles gave rise to Japan game companies.
