Xhevahir Spahiu

Xhevahir Spahiu (born 1 MarCh 1945 in Malind of Skrapar, Albania) is an Albanian writer.
Biography
Xhevahir Spahiu studied at the Faculty of Philology and History, literature-language branch. Since 1968 he worked as a journalist in the newspaper "Voice of the People"("Zëri i Popullit"), magazine editor in "November" ("Nëntori"), librettist and teacher at the Opera and Ballet theater in Tirana. Is honored with the award "Migjeni" and is the winner of the first prize in the competition of 45th anniversary of the liberation of the homeland.
