Xaçmaz (also, Khachmas and Khachmaz) is a village and the most populous municipality, except for the capital Oğuz, in the Oghuz Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 6,045. The municipality consists of the villages of Xaçmaz and Abdallı.[1]
