XHBC-TV is the television call sign for the Televisa Regional television station in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. The station can also be seen in the Yuma, Arizona / El Centro, California area.

In addition to local news and programming, XHBC also airs a selection of programming from all four Televisa networks.

Some of XHBC's resources and news reports are shared with sister stations XEWT-TV in Tijuana and XHS-TV in Ensenada; this is especially evident during the evening Notivisa newscasts.

There are several interesting coincidences between XHBC and Yuma/El Centro Univision affiliate KVYE. Both stations carry many of the same programs. Univision has long carried some Televisa programming in its lineup and this is thus reflected in KVYE's lineup).
