XEOC-AM (Branded as Radio Chapultepec) is a radio station based in Mexico City and airing a Talk format mixed Regional mexican format on 560 Khz. The station is owned by Grupo Radio Digital.

History

XEOC-AM started operations in 1958, then the frequency was owned by Federico Obregón Cruces and inmediately branded as Radio Chapultepec and airing a format of 1940–80 songs of Jazz, Blues, Swing, R&B and other classic genres, similar to its competitor XENK-AM.

In late 2007 the station was sold to Grupo Radio Digital and was rebranded as La Nueva Pop airing a Pop format. In 2008 the format was changed again to Talk radio.

In January 31, 2010 at 23:59 CST Radio Chapultepec ceased boradcasting to start as La Mejor AM when Grupo Radio Digital and MVS took charge of the station, then airing a Regional mexican format. However, the alliance between GRD and MVS enden on August 31, 2012 and the station returned as Radio Chapultepec. [1]
