The College is being developed for a long term enrollment of 650 Prep – Year 9 students, 1100 Year 10 – 12 students and 144 special / special development school students. It is planned as a four to five stage construction.[3] In addition a new Catholic School will be built catering up to Prep - Year 9 on the estate. Manor Lakes is approx 750 hectares in size and will eventually house more than 25 000 residents, making it the second largest residential development in Victoria after Caroline Springs.
