Wunpost is an unincorporated community in Monterey County, California.[1] It is located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 5.5 miles (8.9 km) northwest of Bradley,[2] at an elevation of 495 feet (151 m).[1]

Local tradition has it that the town name honors a Chinese worker killed there during the construction of the railroad.[2]
