World Update is BBC World Service's morning news strand. Broadcast at 1000 UK Time, it is broadcast on PBS stations across the United States.[1] Since 2003 the programme has been presented by Dan Damon.[2] On 25 June 2012, World Update became the first English language World Service programme to come from Broadcasting House.
