Woldendorp is a town in the Dutch province of Groningen. It is a part of the municipality of Delfzijl, and lies about 31 km east of Groningen.

In 2001, the town of Woldendorp had 568 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.22 km², and contained 246 residences.[1] The statistical area "Woldendorp", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 980.[2]
