Wish (Hangul: 소원; RR: So-won) is an 2013 South Korean film directed by Lee Joon-ik, starring Sol Kyung-gu and Uhm Ji-won.[1][2][3][4][5] It won Best Film at the Blue Dragon Film Awards[6][7][8] and is based on the Nayoung Case which shocked South Korea

Plot

A young girl named So-won (which literally means "wish" in Korean) becomes a victim of rape. Their happy family shattered, her parents Dong-hoon and Mi-hee go through pain and despair. Until one day, So-won makes a wish triggering events that lead her family to enter a new phase in their lives, where hope blooms at the edge of sorrow and desperation.
