Wingrove & Rogers
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Wingrove & Rogers Ltd of Kirkby, Liverpool, England, built industrial vehicles including both small electrically motorised trolleys and electric locomotives (mainly narrow gauge), largely for use in mines and by tunnelling contractors.
They were successors to British Electric Vehicles Ltd which closed in 1926. Wingrove & Rogers were bought by Pikrose in the early 1990s.
