Wingfield, Wiltshire

Location

Wingfield is located two miles west of the town of Trowbridge.

History & Amenities

Wingfield is recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086-7 as Winefel, when it was held by the Bishop of Coutances.[1]

The village church is dedicated to St. Mary .
