Wind Rose Aviation company is Ukraine's first charter airline, the main activity of which is corporate, tourist and VIP flights organization and operation. Wind Rose Airlines is based out of Boryspil International Airport. Flight organization areas are Western Europe, Middle East, and Asia. Founded on October 28, 2003, the airline's headquarters is in Kiev, Ukraine. Wind Rose Aviation company operates charter flights from the major cities of Ukraine to Europe and the Middle East. Wind Rose Aviation company operates charter flights to various destinations, including Egypt, Turkey, Shri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Bulgaria, Finland, Italy, Slovakia, the Netherlands, Montenegro, Greece, Thailand, Dominican republic, Vietnam and the largest cities of Ukraine. The airline's fleet consists of five Airbus A-321 aircraft, four Airbus A-320 aircraft, and one long-haul Airbus A-330 aircraft.
History
Since 2003, the 'Wind Rose' Airlines provided charter flights to Europe and the Middle East. Since 2006, regular flights to Moscow and Kaliningrad, Russia, were opened. In 2008 the company expanded its route network, then sharply reduced it.[1] By 2008,'Wind Rose' Airlines consider its main specialization - implementation of charter flights. Since 2010 and until now 'Wind Rose' airlines is licensed to operate regular flights, should the need arise. The airline was the first to carry out flights, basing its aircraft at various terminal airports in Ukraine. 'Wind Rose' Airlines is the first Ukrainian aviation company, that started operating new generation aircraft: Airbus A-321, Airbus A-320, Embraer ERJ-195, Airbus A-330 focusing primarily on the highest quality of passenger's on board service.
