Wilbur T. Fitzgerald is an American television actor who is also a practicing attorney in Georgia. He played Cray, the head peacekeeper in District 12, in The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, and Dr. Milton Brangley in Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues. He also played the role of Bruce Bennett for two seasons on the television show Prison Break.
