White Caymanians or European Caymanians are Caymanians whose ancestry lies within the continent of Europe.
As of 2013, people of solely European descent are a minority ethnic group in the Cayman Islands, accounting for 20% of the country's population. They have significant interests in the financial and commercial sectors of the economy. They are primarily of English, Scottish, and Irish ancestry. An additional 40% of the country is multiracial, predominantly of mixed black African and white European descent.[1]
