The White-chinned Thistletail (Asthenes fuliginosa) is a species of bird in the Furnariidae family. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland.
