The White-Bellied Canary (Serinus dorsostriatus) is a species of finch in the Fringillidae family. It is found in Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania, and Uganda. Its natural habitat is dry savanna.

Phylogeny

It is part of a clade of small African canaries that include S. albogularis, S. leucopygius and S. mozambicus.[2][3]
