Whitby GO Station is a train and bus station in the GO Transit network located in Whitby, Ontario, Canada. It is a stop on the Lakeshore East line train service, and briefly served as its eastern terminus before the Oshawa GO Station was completed. There are connections by GO bus northward to Port Perry and Beaverton, and Durham Region Transit routes within Whitby.

The station platform is located between the GO tracks. There are sets of stairs leading to underground walkways on either side of the accessible ramp, with both walkways leading to the station building on the north side of the tracks. The bus loop is located north-east of the station building, the Passenger Pick-up/Drop-off to the north, and a small parking lot to the north-west. A smaller secondary lot is on the west side of Brock Street. The western walkway also leads south underneath the CN tracks to a series of larger parking lots as well as the parking garage. The ticket agent is located inside the station building, and is open from 5 AM (6:25 on weekends) until midnight.
