West Point, Texas

West Point is an unincorporated community in western Fayette County, Texas, United States. Although it is unincorporated, West Point has a post office[Citation needed- isn't that Plum's?], with the ZIP code of 78963. It has a small store. The population may be "a few hundred or so" according to a resident. The La Grange, TX school bus covers the area.
